A 12 month warranty is carried by all AR Kits® products, including supplied parts and labour in maintenance and repairs. AR Kits® maintains a full list of spare parts for all items in our range. AR Kits maintains a workshop to perform repairs in accordance with current Australian consumer laws.
Orders may be sent by telephone, fax, and email or through our secure online shopping cart. Whilst AR Kits® endeavours to maintain all items on stock we maybe waiting for components to come in which will effect our stock holdings. A backorder record is maintained and outstanding orders will be filled ASAP. Limited Supply Items (L) are held on the basis that once stock runs out the items will be discontinued from the range.
Prices quoted on the date of the website or promotional documents are as correct as can be reasonably expected. In the event of electronic, administration or any other failure caused outside the control of AR Kits management the current stock price per our accounting database will apply. This action is required of any malpractice, ommission or error by ourselves, our agents or any other persons outside our control. AR Kits® reserves the right to adjust prices without notice should the necessity arise. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) GST inclusive.

AR Kits® accepts payment by cash, cheque, money order or credit card (Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa only). Please do not send cash through the post. Confidentiality of credit card details is guaranteed once in our care. Internet security of credit card details is our prime concern but is limited by the security of the shopping cart service provider. Currently 84,000 businesses use the shopping cart provider which is a fair indication of the security provided. Items are only dispatched once cheques are cleared. Credit Cards sales are processed on the date of dispatch.
AR Kits® is to be advised within 7 working days of items lost, stolen, damaged or missing in transit so that remedial action can be taken. Any damaged items are to be returned to the point of purchase to validate the claim. Overseas orders please advise within 10 days from date of receipted delivery.
Orders are sent by Australia Post eParcel which is a secure system and allows us to track each consignment individually. The following is a guide only.
Postage within Australia
Order valued up to $AUD50.00 - postage an additional $7.50
Order valued up to $AUD100.00 - postage an additional $10.00
Orders valued over $AUD100.00 - postage an additional $12.50
International Orders are sent Registered Post with Receipted Delivery at the rate charged by Australia Post. All import duties and taxes incurred on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers using our secure credit card system when ordering will be charged at the eParcel Rate.
Customers using Money Order or Cheque - please add appropriate amount from the guide above.
In cases where excess postage has been received a credit note will be issued.
